Who we are

Malcolm Gosnay -
Owner and active MD, Malc is hands on and very much involved with our customers and the world of Bathrooms and Kitchens. His 40 years in Renovations and Interiors brings the experience and knowledge required to manage the complexities of home development projects. Malc has lived and worked around the area all his life and whilst he no longer plays Lacrosse, he’s still a member of Stockport Lacrosse Club.

Dave Taylor
Dave is known for his keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results. He loves a challenge and keeps us all on our toes whilst managing all the MG projects.

Sam Taylor
Sam has a keen focus on quality service and a conscientious approach to ensuring that we do the very best we can to deliver professional workmanship and high standards in our bathrooms and kitchens.

Dave and Sam are cousins, who joined Malc as partners in the business in 2025. They’ve been working alongside the MG Team for the last 5 years and both bring their own industry knowledge, years of installation experience and specialist expertise in plumbing, heating, and energy systems.

Helen Whittaker
Lots goes on behind the scenes of every beautiful bathroom and kitchen that we supply and install, and Helen co-ordinates a vast majority of it. Helen has years of experience looking after customers and managing business and you’ll find her in the showroom and office keeping the operation running smoothly.

Our showroom is situated on the A6 at Great Moor - Stockport and a visit to us here is a great way to visualise your new bathroom or kitchen and explore the types and styles of products that will work for you.

Our range of bathroom displays showcase everything from the ultra contemporary to the more relaxed and traditional, complemented by ranges of tiles from companies such as Ca’Pietra, Porcelanosa, Villeroy and Boch and Original Style.

Our new kitchen displays are taking shape and with these we aim to give you a taste of what is possible and let you experience the quality of doors, fittings, work surfaces and appliances available from MG.
We work with customers from all over Cheshire and find that customers are happy to partner with us as they renovate their home and also recommend us to family and friends.

Unsure of how to create your dream Kitchen or Bathroom? Have a look at the process below.

The process for getting a quote from MG Bathrooms & Kitchens is quite straightforward and inclusive.

Here are the steps:

1) Initial Discussion: You can start by discussing your initial ideas with our experienced team.
 
2) Home Visit: Our kitchen or bathroom designer will visit your home to explore ideas further, survey the site, discuss any building work, and begin the process of producing your personal 3D design and quote.

3) Design Exploration: The process continues with a visit to the showroom to explore design options, choices of fixtures and fittings, colours, finishes, and to ensure that the final plan is perfect for you and your budget.

4) Installation: We'll arrange a date, finalise the plans and our installation team will be in touch when we are ready to start work.

Design

We create 3D Cad designs using Industry leading design software from Virtual Worlds. These designs and the lifelike photo images bring your new room to life and along with the skill of our designers, enables you to see your space from a different perspective and maximise its value and purpose.

After taking an initial brief and visiting your home Malc and the team will create your designs and share them with you so that you can choose, tweak, explore and understand your design, staying in control of the final layout, details, specification and budget. 

Installation

Our MG Installation team is made up of a combination of project managers, specialist installers and sub contractors, chosen specifically to suit the needs of your project.
We co-ordinate and manage the whole process from end to end and are happy for you to be as involved or hands off as you like.

Even with the very best planning and preparation, we have found that houses can be unpredictable and projects rarely go without a little hitch. Our role is to anticipate, investigate and manage everything with flexibility and resilience and use our experience and knowledge to ensure your project is a success.
